All conference sessions will be held at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace. Conveniently located in the Disney Springs area, the property offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and theme parks.

Room Rate: $229/night plus tax. Additionally, there is a resort fee of $25 per day.

Make your reservation within our block before October 18, 2024. A credit card is charged upon reservation. Hotel cancellations must occur 5 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit.
