Administrator or Implementor Learning Path

OneStream Administrators are involved with various aspects of the application design and build and are responsible for maintaining the system upon going live. OneStream Implementors are the application architects and are responsible for the design, build, test and go-live for a variety of industries and business processes.

Power User Learning Path

OneStream Power Users design and maintain reports in OneStream. This role requires specific OneStream training courses as it pertains to advanced reporting concepts, but does not require the same level of application detail as the administrator. See the Course Descriptions below for more details on a specific course including objectives, agenda and prerequisites.

OneStream Navigator is our premier online content portal that provides both introductory and advanced level material for users of all levels. OneStream Navigator delivers the information needed on demand, which enables the OneStream community to learn both the OneStream Platform and MarketPlace solutions via a self-serve approach. OneStream Navigator content is FREE to all registered users.
OneStream Navigator Passport is our annual subscription service that provides unlimited access to all premium on demand courses, access to labs, and a host of additional exclusive content and assets.

Getting Started with OneStream
Getting Started with OneStream is a high-level introduction to key OneStream concepts and can be viewed at your convenience in OneStream Navigator. The goal of this course is to give the entire project team a view of what OneStream can do from a functional standpoint. Getting Started with OneStream introduces you to navigating an application, the common business processes used, metadata components and Dimensions, Cubes, Workflows, and the different reporting options. It also gives a pointer to resources that will help you during your OneStream implementation and after.
End-User Training Packs
End-User Training Packs are provided by OneStream via the MarketPlace for all implementation services consultants and partners. These training packs are customizable for any customer’s application and represent best practices for training end users and administrators on workflow, report creation, data analysis and application management.
