This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern OneStream’s Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. The Terms consist of the: (1) SaaS Agreement (including the: (a) SaaS Support Services and Service Levels and (b) SaaS Data Security Processed and Terms), which sets out the parties’ rights and obligations for the SaaS offering; and (2) Data Processing Agreement which sets out how OneStream will process personal data and comply with applicable data privacy laws. Upon the purchase of OneStream’s SaaS offering, by way of a OneStream Order Schedule executed by both an entity and OneStream, the parties shall be bound by the Terms that are active as of the date of last signature of such OneStream Order Schedule. The Terms may be updated from time to time and replaced versions will be added to the archives below.
